This innovative course offers a weekly exploration of meditation and mindfulness through body awareness, sound and the breath.

 

These very simple and user-friendly practices relieve stress, foster healthy habits, increase our ability to make decisions and prioritise what matters most to us. They can be incorporated effortlessly into your daily routine. You will be encouraged to find your own unique rhythm and what works best for you.
 

No previous experience is needed; all will get opportunities to deepen their meditative practice if they already have one or start one if they are new to it.

A series of sessions creating a supportive community of mindful parents. In these gatherings, versatile and practical tools will be introduced, reflected upon, discussed and practised.

Mindful Parenting is first and foremost the natural transmission of the parents' mindfulness practice to their children through example.

All will be encouraged to incorporate aspects of Mindful Living that resonate best into their everyday experience and their families's.

Mindful Schools

 

I offer bespoke programmes for school leaders, parents and children ages 3-18.

 

Education is a holistic process involving the school administrators, teachers, school counsellors and staff but also the parents. As we wish to successfully improve the students attention skills, self-awareness and confidence, overall performance, respectful and kind behaviour, general physical, mental and emotional well-being, we need to bring the parent body on board. We need to remember that we are all here to educate these young people in a coherent effort and lead them by example.
